The P-Quip system's core innovation lies in its built-in cylinder. This design utilizes standard compressed air (100-150 psi) readily available to drilling crews as its power source.
operational principle :
Installation: The flushing tube assembly is screwed into the threaded interface of the top drive spindle and goose neck tube.
Roots motivation: Connect the compressed air line to the specified "A" interface of the system. The air pressure drives the built-in piston and applies a strong, uniform and constant axial pressure on the root group to fully "motivate" (energize) it, so that it tightly adheres to the outer wall of the flushing tube and the inner wall of the root box to form a reliable dynamic seal.
Replacement: Release the air pressure, the built-in piston is reset under the action of the internal spring, relieve the pressure on the packing, at this time can easily replace the packing or the whole flushing tube.

Minute replacement: The entire flushing pipe and packing replacement process can be completed in a few minutes, which is an exponential improvement over traditional methods .
