Types of Lewco Mud Pumps
The Lewco mud pumps produced by our company mainly include the following types:
LEWCO W2215 Pump
The W2215 mud pump's standard configuration, particularly its OEM hydraulic end, can withstand a maximum working pressure of 7,500 PSI (51.7 MPa). This pressure rating makes it suitable for high-pressure cementing, high-pressure jet drilling, and deepwater oil and gas operations.
LEWCO W-440-LP Pump
With its flexible design, the LEWCO W-440-LP is capable of operating in a wide variety of oilfield environments. Both piston and plunger configurations can be customized to meet the customer's specific needs for optimal performance.
LEWCO WH-440 Pump
The forging process combined with rigorous heat treatment and non-destructive testing (NDT) ensures that the module can reliably withstand operating pressures up to 5,000 PSI and even 7,500 PSI with exceptional fatigue and corrosion resistance.

Advantages of Lewco Mud Pumps
Top material selection
Carefully selected alloy steel with specific properties to effectively resist fatigue, corrosion and wear.
Solid structure technology
Using forging and precision welding and other advanced manufacturing processes, to create a core component with inherent strength.
Redundant system design
Integrating redundant functions such as double lubrication system to ensure continuous and stable operation under any working conditions.

Deep And Ultra-Deep Well Drilling
As drilling depth increases, the pumping pressure required for circulating mud multiplies exponentially. The Lewco mud pump's high pressure rating (up to 7,500 PSI) makes it the go-to solution for overcoming long-distance and high hydrostatic pressure challenges.
For High-Volume Operations
When paired with large cylinder liners (e.g., 8-inch), Lewco mud pump delivers over 4,000 LPM, ensuring efficient wellbore cleaning, effective cuttings transportation, and rapid drilling progress.
Marine And Large Land Drilling Rig Matching
This pump type is specially designed for matching large and high-performance drilling RIGS and is widely used in land heavy drilling RIGS as well as offshore platforms, jack-up drilling platforms and drilling ships.
Storage Precautions for Lewco Mud Pumps
Apply rust protection
Coat exposed metal surfaces with anti-rust oil or grease. This helps Lewco mud pumps resist corrosion, especially in humid or coastal environments.
Protect fluid end parts
Remove liners, pistons, and valves if stored long term. Store these parts separately and apply protective oil to prevent wear and rust.
Seal openings properly
Cover all suction and discharge ports of Lewco mud pumps with protective caps or plastic covers. This prevents dust, moisture, and insects from entering.
Store in a dry location
Keep Lewco mud pumps in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct contact with rain, standing water, or high humidity.
Avoid direct sunlight
Do not store Lewco mud pumps under direct sunlight for long periods. UV exposure can damage rubber seals and hoses.
Rotate the crankshaft regularly
Turn the crankshaft by hand every 1–2 months. This prevents bearing seizure and helps keep internal parts evenly lubricated.
Use proper support
Place Lewco mud pumps on flat, stable foundations or pallets. Avoid ground contact to prevent moisture damage and frame deformation.
Check storage condition periodically
Inspect Lewco mud pumps every few months for rust, moisture, or seal damage. Reapply protective oil if necessary.
