This material offers excellent strength and toughness, capable of withstanding high-pressure operating environments. For specific corrosive fluids, we also offer optional materials such as Nickel Aluminum Bronze to enhance the pump's corrosion resistance and extend its service life in special chemical environments.

Cylinders/Liners: To address the challenges posed by abrasive media, this pump model uses wear-resistant ceramic-coated liners (P/N P509088) or steel-jacketed ceramic liners (P/N 1272060). Ceramic materials possess extremely high hardness and chemical stability, providing excellent wear and corrosion protection, thereby significantly extending the pump's maintenance cycle and overall service life.

Pistons & Piston Cups: Equipped with "SUPERGOLD" hemispherical abrasion-resistant piston cups (P/N P509003) designed specifically for abrasive conditions. This piston cup design aims to provide excellent sealing and extended service life. The cup material is typically a composite of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) reinforced with Kevlar® fibers. These material combinations provide the cup with excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and resistance to various chemicals. The piston seat (L0618HV hemispherical cup applicable model P/N P510072) is precisely designed to ensure stable support and efficient sealing for the cup.

Valve Assemblies: Depending on application needs, Abrasion Resistant (AR) Valves can be selected, such as suction valve P/N P533621 and discharge valve P/N P533626 suitable for the L06COMP series. AR valve bodies and seats are typically made of hardened stainless steel (e.g., 17-4PH) or other wear-resistant alloy materials. Valve inserts can be made of polyurethane or special alloys to effectively handle fluids containing solid particles.

Packing & Seals: Utilizes a V-ring packing combination seal design (V-ring packing set P/N 5259396 for L0614SC pump; V-ring packing set P/N P509237 for L0618 pump). This multi-lip seal design automatically enhances sealing force as pressure increases. Packing materials offer various options, including Nitrile Rubber + Fabric (NBR+Fabric), Fluoroelastomer + Fabric/PTFE (FKM+Fabric/PTFE), and Aramid fiber (Aramid) / Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) braided packing. Supporting components like packing glands and packing seats are made of brass (brass packing seat P/N 5266446 for L0614 pump) or other high-strength wear-resistant materials, ensuring the overall stability and lifespan of the sealing system.

 

Robust Power End:

Frame/Crankcase: Manufactured from high-strength cast iron (L0618COMP power end frame P/N 166250), typically with a one-piece cast structure. Some models may use precision welding to ensure high rigidity and long-term durability of the pump body. The DL FR-50 GPM COMP model's power end frame is equipped with specially designed front feet.
