It is precision-molded from a composite of HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and High-Strength Synthetic Fabric. This composite structure provides exceptional wear resistance, extrusion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, effectively standing up to mud and abrasive fluids. The piston cup creates a tight self-sealing fit against the ceramic cylinder liner under high pressure, making it a critical wear part for ensuring high volumetric efficiency and extended liner life. |
