Power End: the cornerstone of reliability
Frame construction
The frame of the pump adopts all-steel plate welding structure, and carries out strict stress relief heat treatment after welding. This key process can eliminate the internal stress generated in the welding process, fundamentally prevent the fatigue crack of the frame under long-term high load cycle, and ensure the dimensional stability and long service life of the frame.
Drive train and crankshaft
Gear transmission: the power end of the core drive using forged heat-treated alloy steel herringbone gear. Herringbone gears, or double helical gears, are the hallmark of high-end heavy-duty transmissions. Its unique tooth shape structure makes the axial force generated by the helical teeth of the left and right halves can offset each other when meshing.
Crankshaft: the crankshaft adopts one-piece alloy steel casting, which ensures the strength and rigidity of the whole structure.
Crosshead assembly

L-type split modular design
The hydraulic end of the 9T1000 consists of three independent, interchangeable"L" cylinder modules, each containing separate suction and discharge sections. This design has significant advantages over the one-piece cylinder. It separates the high stress areas of suction and discharge, effectively reducing stress concentration. If a seat area is damaged by erosion, only a single damaged module needs to be replaced, rather than the entire expensive hydraulic end assembly, resulting in significantly shorter downtime and lower maintenance costs.
Each module is made of high quality forged alloy steel (35CrMo or 40CrMnMo) . The forging process ensures the density and uniformity of the internal grain structure of the material and eliminates the internal defects that may exist in the casting, which is essential for components subjected to thousands of PSI cyclic pressures. All modules are subjected to rigorous heat treatment and non-destructive testing and fully comply with the API 7K standard.

Liners
Standard configuration: high chromium bimetallic cylinder liner: our standard cylinder liners have forged steel housings with extremely high compressive strength. The inner sleeve is made of high chromium alloy (HRC 60-65) by centrifugal casting. This bimetallic structure combines the toughness of the shell with the ultra-high hardness and wear resistance of the inner sleeve, providing a stable service life of more than 800 hours under standard operating conditions.
Optional upgrades: Zirconia ceramic liners: we offer Zirconia ceramic liners as an upgrade option for drilling fluids containing high abrasive solids or for customers seeking extreme service life. Its lining hardness up to HRC 90 above, with unparalleled wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance performance, service life can reach 5 to 10 times the bimetallic cylinder liner, can significantly extend the maintenance interval, lower long-term operating costs.
Pistons and Piston Rods
Piston: one-piece, vulcanized, bonded design with a piston core made of high-strength forged steel (45 # or 40CR) and a rubber skin made of high-performance polyurethane (PU) or nitrile rubber (NBR) , provides a reliable seal and long life at pressures up to 5000 PSI.
Piston rod: it adopts two-stage quick-change design and is connected by clamps, which greatly facilitates piston replacement on site. The piston rod is made of high strength alloy steel, after quenching and tempering heat treatment, the surface is plated with hard chromium to achieve the best wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Valve Assembly
The 9T1000 uses the API # 7 fully open valve assembly. This design provides maximum flow area, effectively reduces fluid resistance, and improves pump volumetric efficiency.
The material selection of the valve body and seat is the key to its performance. We use the top carburizing alloy steel, 20CrMnTi or AISI 8620 for forging. These materials are subjected to a precise carburizing and quenching heat treatment process, so that their surface hardness reaches more than HRC 60, obtaining extremely high wear resistance and impact resistance, while their core maintains good toughness, enough to withstand the repeated impact of high-pressure fluid without fracture.
The valve rubber is made of high-performance polyurethane (PU) material to ensure a durable and reliable seal in harsh chemical and physical environments.
The screw-in bonnet design makes inspection and replacement of the valve assembly quick and easy.
