EWECO E-600 Triplex Mud Pump

**Core Design Philosophy: The Enduring Legacy of Ellis Williams**

* **High-Strength Welded Power Frame:** Unlike traditional cast frames, the E-600's power frame is constructed from welded high-strength steel plates and undergoes strict stress-relief heat treatment after welding.

* **Integrally Forged Eccentric Crankshaft:** The crankshaft, the heart of the power end, is integrally forged from high-quality alloy steel, not multi-piece welded or cast.

* **Full Anti-Friction Roller Bearing Design:** The E-600 fully inherits this design. Its main bearings, eccentric bearings, and pinion shaft all utilize heavy-duty roller bearings. Compared to traditional sleeve bearings, roller bearings have a lower coefficient of friction and higher mechanical efficiency, enabling longer service life under high loads and significantly reducing maintenance requirements.

* **Precision Herringbone Gear Drive:** Power is transmitted via precision-machined herringbone gears.

**Fluid End: The Fusion of Forged Strength and Precision Engineering**

**Forged and Heat-Treated Modules: The Cornerstone of High-Pressure Integrity**

* **Superior Material Selection:** The module body is forged from high-strength alloy steel, primarily grades including AISI 4135, 35CrMo, and 40CrMnMo.

* **Synergistic Manufacturing Process:** Forging imparts excellent initial mechanical properties and structural integrity to the module, but it also introduces residual stresses into the material. Therefore, every forged module must undergo a strictly controlled multi-stage heat treatment (quenching and tempering) process.

* **Rigorous Quality Control:** Quality assurance runs throughout the entire manufacturing process. All raw materials undergo strict chemical composition analysis and physical property testing. During manufacturing, we adhere to API 7K specifications and employ advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques, such as ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle inspection, to conduct 100% inspection of every module, ensuring there are no microscopic cracks or inclusions, thereby guaranteeing the absolute reliability of the final product.

**Piston and Valve Assemblies: The Core of High-Pressure Sealing**

* **Pistons:** We offer pistons made from various materials, including oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant polyurethane (Urethane) and nitrile rubber (Rubber), to adapt to different types of drilling fluids such as water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based, and to operate stably at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C).

* **Valve Assemblies (Valve & Seat):** These are the components that endure the highest pressure and most severe erosion. To ensure their performance under extreme conditions, we employ a unique combination of materials and processes. Both the valve and seat are integrally forged from high-quality alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi or 20CrNiMo / AISI 8620). Forging ensures the density and high strength of their internal structure.

* **Carburizing and Quenching Process:** This process involves diffusing carbon atoms into the surface layer of the valve and seat at high temperature, followed by rapid quenching. This creates a depth-controlled, extremely hard (HRC > 60) wear-resistant layer on the component's surface, while the core retains excellent toughness.

**OEM Original Parts and Global Support: Your Reliable Partner in the Field**

All our spare parts, from power end bearings and gears to the full range of fluid end wear parts, are manufactured using the same materials, processes, and quality standards as the complete machine, strictly adhering to API 7K specifications. Choosing EWECO genuine parts means opting for perfect compatibility with your pump, field-proven durability, and predictable performance, effectively avoiding unexpected downtime and potential safety risks associated with using non-genuine parts.

To facilitate daily maintenance and spare parts procurement for our customers, we provide a clear reference list of wear parts. This enables field technicians and procurement departments to quickly and accurately identify required components, simplifying the procurement process and reducing downtime.
