Hydraulic end - forged for frontline operations

Cylinder liner (Standard and advanced OEM options)

● Bimetallic (high-chromium) cylinder liner: The housing is made of high-strength forged carbon steel (such as 45# steel), with a tensile strength exceeding 610MPa, ensuring strong compressive resistance. The inner sleeve is made of high-chromium cast iron alloy (with a carbon content of 2.8-3.1% and a chromium content of 26-28%). This composite structure perfectly combines the toughness of the outer shell with the ultra-high hardness of the inner sleeve (reaching HRC 59-67 after quenching), providing excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Its service life can exceed 800 hours in harsh environments. It has significantly reduced the downtime caused by replacing cylinder liners.

● Zirconia ceramic cylinder liner: The outer shell is made of forged 45# steel, while the inner liner is made of zirconia toughened alumina ceramic material. Zirconia ceramics possess an extremely high hardness (92-94 Rockwell hardness), excellent fracture toughness and an extremely fine surface finish (4-8 RMS), far exceeding traditional materials. Its service life can be as long as 4,000 hours

Pistons and piston rods (designed for durability)

● Piston structure: The core components are forged from high-strength alloy steel, 42CrMo or 45# steel, and undergo normalizing heat treatment (hardness HB≥170) to ensure that they can withstand huge loads during reciprocating motion. The piston rubber is made of high-performance polymer materials.

● Rubber material options: We offer two types of rubber materials: nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyurethane (PU). Nitrile rubber performs well in water-based mud, while polyurethane has stronger resistance to oil-based mud, high pressure and abrasive environments. The service life of the piston can exceed 200 hours, providing customers with a predictable maintenance cycle.

● Manufacturing process of piston rod and intermediate rod: Both the piston rod and the intermediate rod (small pull rod) are forged from high-quality alloy steel (42CrMo), undergo strict heat treatment processes, and undergo surface treatment through hard chromium electroplating and precision grinding, ultimately achieving an extremely high surface finish (Ra0.4).

Valve and valve seat (Precise sealing under high pressure)

● Manufacturing process: The valve body and valve seat are forged from high-quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi), and then undergo advanced heat treatment and carburizing processes to achieve a surface hardness of HRC≥60.

● Design standard: It adopts a replaceable rubber valve diaphragm design, which is convenient for on-site maintenance. All valve components comply with the API 7K standard, which not only guarantees quality but also means that they have good universality and interchangeability.

Power end - a stable and unshakable source of power

1. Frame structure: The power end frame is welded with steel plates and undergoes stress relief treatment after welding to achieve excellent rigidity and strength. The key force-bearing areas such as the bearing housing have been strengthened by reinforcing ribs to ensure that the alignment accuracy of all moving parts remains consistent under long-term high-load operation.

2 Crankshaft and gear transmission:

2.1 Crankshaft material and manufacturing process: Forged alloy steel (42CrMo) is selected as the crankshaft material instead of ordinary cast iron. Each crankshaft undergoes multiple heat treatment processes (annealing, quenching, tempering) to optimize its mechanical properties and ensure reliable operation even under the most demanding conditions.

2.2 Herringbone gears: Herringbone gears are used for power transmission.

3 Bearings and Lubrication System:

3.1 Bearing Configuration: Key rotating parts such as the crankshaft, pinion shaft and connecting rod all adopt high-load-carrying capacity roller bearings, including cylindrical roller bearings and spherical roller bearings, etc., to ensure smooth operation under heavy loads and reduce frictional losses.

3.2 Lubrication System: Reliable lubrication is the guarantee for the long life of the power end. The L-100-C adopts an efficient lubrication system, combining splash lubrication driven by the main gear and pressure lubrication for key bearings, ensuring that all moving parts receive continuous and adequate cooling and lubrication, thereby minimizing wear to the greatest extent.
