Core Technology Specs

The GA-750 is designed to provide robust and reliable performance, and its key technical parameters reflect strict adherence to industry standards and a deep understanding of harsh field conditions.

Pump type: three-cylinder, single-acting reciprocating piston pump

Rated input power: 750HP -LRB-approximately 560kw)

Rated Speed: 130-140spm (strokes per minute)(typical)

Stroke length: 9.0 inches (228.6 mm)(typical)

Maximum working pressure of hydraulic end: 5,000 PSI (34.5 MPa) , optional 7,500 PSI hydraulic end

Gear ratio: 4.5:1(typical)

Suction line connection: 10"Flange (typical) ."

Discharge line connection: 5 inch API 5,000 PSI flanges (typical)

Pump body weight (bare pump) : approximately 22,000 lbs

Power End: the source of lasting power

Frame structure: using high strength welded steel plate structure, and in the overall post-weld stress relief heat treatment. This design not only provides a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a conventional cast iron frame, but also greatly enhances the fatigue resistance, ensuring that the frame does not deform under long-term high-load operation.

Drive system: the core drive is a herringbone gear design made of forged alloy steel with precision ground and heat treated tooth surfaces to AGMA standards. Herringbone gear drive stable, low noise, and self-balancing axial force, effectively extending the service life of gears and bearings.

Crankshaft: using one-piece forged alloy steel (42CrMo or modified 4340) crankshaft, after strict heat treatment and dynamic balance correction.

Lubrication system: using a combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication system, standard with independent gear oil pump, filter and oil pressure gauge, to ensure that all key bearings and moving parts (such as crosshead, guide plate) under high load to get sufficient, clean lubrication, effectively reduce wear and prolong the overhaul cycle.

Hydraulic end: the core of performance to meet the challenges

Modular design: the hydraulic end adopts the industry-leading L-type two-petal modular design. This design divides the suction and discharge chambers into separate modules, both made of high strength forged alloy steel (e. g. 35CRMO or 40CrMnMo) * * , and manufactured and tested to API 7K.

Valve Assembly:

Valve body and seat: forged from AISI 8620 and other low-carbon alloy steel, the working surface is carburized and quenched, the surface hardness is as high as HRC 60 or more, forming an ideal structure of"Hard outside and tough inside".

Valve rubber: the use of high-performance * * Polyurethane (Polyurethane) * * material, with excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and extrusion resistance, to ensure reliable sealing under high pressure.

Overview of performance parameters

By changing the cylinder liners of different sizes, Ga-750 can flexibly adjust its displacement and pressure under various working conditions to meet the precise requirements of hydraulic parameters in different drilling stages. The following are typical performance data calculated based on 90% mechanical efficiency and 100% volumetric efficiency.

Product description (OEM perspective)

Great n Ga-750: Power for tough drilling

In today's drilling operations, every minute of downtime means a high cost. What you need is not just a mud pump, but a reliable partner who can consistently deliver strong power. The Great n GA-750 triplex mud pump was designed for this purpose.

Designed for performance and durability

The GA-750 has 750 horsepower of surging power, its design core is absolutely solid and reliable. We Don't take shortcuts. From one-piece forged alloy steel crankshafts to precision heat-treated herringbone gears, every power-end component is designed to withstand the most extreme torques and cyclic loads. Our welded steel frame is post-weld stress relief, ensuring long-term dimensional stability and unparalleled structural strength.

Intelligent design, simplified maintenance

We understand the challenges of on-site maintenance. As a result, the hydraulic end of the GA-750 features an advanced l-shaped modular design. Separate suction and discharge modules made of high-strength forged alloy steel not only meet API 7K standards, but also mean you only need to replace the damaged module when wear occurs, rather than the entire expensive hydraulic end. Not only does this save you money, but it also gives you back valuable drilling time.

High-quality accessories, protect your investment

We insist that the GA-750 is equipped with top-of-the-line wearing parts. From high chromium bimetallic cylinder liners with inner wall hardness in excess of HRC 62, to integrally vulcanized polyurethane pistons capable of withstanding pressures up to 5,000 PSI, to carburized and hardened forged steel valve assemblies, every detail is designed to extend service life and reduce the frequency of replacements.

Seamless integration to reduce operating costs

The design of the GA-750 takes into account the interchangeability of components with the industry's mainstream pump types. This means that you can easily integrate the GA-750 into your equipment fleet using your existing spare parts inventory, without having to build an entirely new spare parts system for the new pump. This not only simplifies your supply chain, but also directly reduces your total operating costs.

By choosing the Great n Ga-750, you have chosen a commitment to performance, reliability, and economy. Let us be the most trusted driving force in your drilling operations.
