Cylinder liners:
Material: Crafted from high-chrome bimetallic steel with an inner sleeve achieving HRC62-65 hardness, offering exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. The outer shell is constructed from premium forged carbon steel, delivering superior structural strength.
Technology: The forged shell and centrifugal casting inner sleeve are perfectly integrated. The inner hole is precision honed to achieve ultra-high smoothness, ensuring perfect sealing with the piston and minimal wear.
Piston Assemblies:
Material: Piston core is made of 42CrMo or 45# forging alloy steel with high strength; the rubber of piston is made of high quality polyurethane or nitrile rubber which is wear-resistant and oil-resistant, and is firmly bonded with piston core by the whole vulcanization bonding process.
Design: Ensure excellent sealing performance and service life under high temperature and high pressure.
Piston rods and pony rods:
Material: 42CrMo or SAE 4140 high strength alloy steel.
Process: Through forging and overall tempering heat treatment, it has excellent tensile strength and toughness. The rod body surface is precision grinding and hard chrome plating, smooth surface, wear resistant, effectively prolongs the packing seal life.
Valve Assemblies (API #7 / API #8):
Material: The valve body and valve seat are made of high-quality forged alloy steels such as 20CrNiMo or AISI 8620.
Process: After the strict heat treatment of carburizing and quenching, the working surface hardness reaches HRC≥60, the core maintains good toughness, greatly improving the impact and wear resistance. The valve insert is made of high performance polyurethane, with good elasticity and reliable sealing.
