Industrial and pipeline delivery: in addition to the oil and gas sector, FO-FXO pumps also play an important role in the industrial sector. It can be used for water supply, boiler feed water and other general industrial services, especially in the need for high pressure occasions. Its rugged construction and configurable fluid-end materials make it equally suitable for pipeline applications, whether transporting sour or non-sour crude oil or industrial water.

Power End: an indestructible power base

Frame: the Frame of the pump is of one-piece alloy cast iron construction, providing unparalleled rigidity. This rugged design effectively resists twisting and deformation under heavy loads and ensures accurate alignment of internal transmission components. This is to extend the life of gears and bearings of the fundamental protection, but also the reliability of the entire power system.

Gears: the FO-FXO pump uses Continuous-tooth herringbone Gears, an advanced gear design.

Bearings: the FXO model uses extremely durable sleeve Bearings for the main Bearings and roller Bearings for the pinion shafts.

Connecting Rods & Crossheads: the Connecting Rods are of ductile iron construction with high lead bronze bushings at the crank ends and bronze bushings at the crosshead ends. The crosshead itself is made of reinforced alloy cast iron and reinforced around oversized crosshead pins.

Lubrication System: a simple and efficient flood Lubrication System is used for the internal working parts of the power end.

Fluid end: for versatility and maintainability

Fo-fxo's Divided Fluid Cylinder the design of the FO-FXO's Divided Fluid Cylinder offers two distinct advantages:

Easy to inspect: the split design allows a comprehensive visual inspection of the fluid cylinder interior for early detection of potential problems.

Reduce replacement costs: in the event of damage, operators only need to replace the damaged parts, rather than replacing the entire expensive fluid end assembly. This greatly reduces maintenance costs and spare parts inventory pressure, directly increasing the total value of pump ownership.

Valve-pot Design: the fluid end is of the box type with a separate bolted bonnet above each valve. This means that any one valve can be inspected or replaced without removing the entire discharge manifold or affecting other valves. This design greatly reduces on-site maintenance time and allows the pump to return to service more quickly.

Interchangeable Liners: the use of removable, Interchangeable fluid Liners is a key design to improve pump flexibility. Within the same size group, the operator can adjust the pump displacement and pressure range on site by changing the cylinder liners with different inner diameters. This enables a single pump asset to be adapted to more variable downhole conditions, thereby maximizing equipment utilization and return on investment.

Pulsation Control: optional suction and discharge Pulsation buffers. These devices effectively absorb fluid pulsation, ensure smooth operation of pumps and downstream pipelines, protect precision instruments such as pressure gauges, and reduce system vibration.
