Power end: solid and reliable core

The power end is the heart of the pump, and its robustness is directly related to the reliability of the whole machine. The design of the power end of TGF pump fully reflects this concept.

High strength Nodular Iron frame: TGF pump power frame, eccentric shaft, connecting rod and crosshead and other core load-bearing components are made of high strength Nodular Iron (Nodular Iron) precision casting. This means that the frame can effectively absorb and attenuate the vibration and reduce the stress concentration when the pump is in high load operation, so as to significantly improve the anti-fatigue life of the frame and ensure the smooth operation of the transmission components.

Precision transmission and lubrication system: Power End integrated with a 5:1 transmission ratio of planetary gear reducer, compact structure, transmission efficiency. The eccentric shaft is supported by heavy-duty double-row spherical roller bearings, while the crosshead is equipped with easily replaceable bronze skateboards, which together ensure the efficient and durable transmission system. Perfect pressure lubrication system, equipped with independent oil pump and filter, to provide continuous, clean lubrication for all key moving parts, effectively prevent wear and prolong the life of the power end.

Hydraulic end: Advanced Technology for extreme challenges

A wide range of hydraulic end materials: we offer a variety of hydraulic end configuration to adapt to different working conditions.

Low-pressure and medium-pressure conditions: can choose Cast Aluminum Bronze (Cast Aluminum Bronze) cylinder, this material has excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for brine treatment applications.

High-pressure working condition: Block Steel hydraulic cylinder can be selected to provide the highest strength and safety for high-pressure operation.

Autofrettage process-a revolutionary improvement in fatigue life: for the high-pressure hydraulic end, we use a proprietary Autofrettage process for pre-treatment. This is a precision-controlled cold working technique for metals, where ultrahigh pressure is applied to the inside of a hydraulic cylinder to cause plastic deformation of its inner walls. When the pressure is released, the elastic recovery of the outer layer forms a strong residual compressive stress on the inner layer.

Valves and seats: offers a wide range of API 7K options, including hardened steel wing valves with replaceable polyurethane or rubber inserts for standard service, as well as for special media (such as high temperature hot oil) without inserts wing valve and Delrin disc valve (valve body optional aluminum bronze, stainless steel or Monel alloy) . All valves are precision machined and heat treated, such as carburizing and quenching, the surface hardness can reach HRC > 60, to ensure the sealing and wear resistance under high pressure.

Plunger and piston: offers a variety of plunger surface treatments, including Colmonoy, Ceramic, and Chrome Plated, to meet the wear and corrosion challenges of different fluids.
