Frame and crankshaft construction: a solid framework for stability

Power Frame: the Power Frame of the T-800 is welded with high quality steel and, upon completion, heat-treated for overall stress relief to ensure high rigidity and structural stability.

Crankshaft: the T-800 Crankshaft is forged in one piece from high strength alloy steels such as 42CRMO or modified 4340.

Gearing and lubrication system: the source of efficient and smooth power

Gearing and Pinion Shaft: T-800 with Herringbone Gear design .

Crosshead Assembly: the T-800's Crosshead is made of high-strength cast steel or ductile iron, while the replaceable guide plate is made of wear-resistant manganese bronze.

Lubrication System: T-800 uses a dual Lubrication System combining forced and splash Lubrication .

Hydraulic end module: strong barrier for high pressure environment

The hydraulic end module of the T-800 has a Valve-over-Valve design and is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steels such as 35CrMo, 40CrMnMo, or 4135. Each module is subjected to multiple NDT procedures, including heat treatment, ultrasonic testing and penetrant testing, to ensure it is safe and reliable under working pressures up to 7,500 PSI. In addition, the module surface optional electroless nickel treatment, further enhance its durability in corrosive environments .

Cylinder liner technology: the core choice of straight face wear

Standard configuration: high chromium bimetallic cylinder liner

Construction and process: the casing is forged from high strength carbon steel, providing sufficient strength to withstand the high pressure in the pump chamber 33. High chromium cast iron (containing 26%-28% chromium) is used for the inner bushing, which is made of . Centrifugal casting makes the metal crystal structure of the lining more compact and non-loose, which ensures the uniformity of hardness.

Material Performance: after special heat treatment, the hardness of inner hole of high chromium lining can reach Rockwell hardness HRC 62-69.

Performance: average service life of high chromium bimetallic liners can exceed 800 hours under harsh drilling conditions, providing a cost-effective and reliable option for routine operations .

Top Configuration: Zirconia ceramic liner

Construction and workmanship: high-strength forged steel housing, but lined with a strong zirconia (ZRO2) ceramic sleeve .

Material Properties: hardness up to Vickers hardness HV 1100-1200(about equal to Rockwell hardness HRC 92-94) , much harder than high chromium alloy.

Core Advantage: ceramic liner lining can be honed to mirror finish of 4-8 RMS .

Performance: the service life of ceramic cylinder liner can exceed 4,000 hours, which is several times of bimetal cylinder liner .

Pistons, valves and seats: a well-fitted sealing system

Pistons: the piston assembly of the T-800 consists of two parts: the piston core is forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel to ensure that it does not deform under high pressure and the seals are made of high-performance polymer materials. We offer two options:

Polyurethane (Polyurethane) piston: designed for oil-based mud and high-pressure conditions, with excellent wear resistance and extrusion resistance .

Nitrile Rubber piston: suitable for water-based mud, has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance and water resistance .

In specific working conditions, our piston service life can exceed 200 hours, to ensure the reliability of the seal .

Valves & Seats: as the key components to control the unidirectional flow of high-pressure fluid, Valves and Seats are subject to tremendous impact and erosion . The valve and seat of T-800 are made of high quality alloy steel by die forging, and after deep heat treatment, the hardness of the working surface can reach

HRC 60 and above, able to withstand millions of open and close impact, ensure that the entire life cycle of tight seal, durable .
