Heavy-duty bearing systems: eccentric shafts are supported by spherical roller bearings, jackshafts are supported by heavy-duty straight roller bearings, and connecting rods are supported by double roller bearings, to ensure smooth operation and long service life at high loads.

Efficient lubrication: a comprehensive splash lubrication system with pump assistance ensures that all critical moving parts are adequately lubricated. The oil filter and oil pressure gauge with replaceable filter element are equipped as standard, which is convenient to monitor the lubrication state and prolong the service life of the parts.

Optimized transmission: 4.7:1 gear ratio through careful design, can effectively transmit power, adapt to a variety of drive configuration.

Easy to maintain: replaceable bronze crosshead skateboards and easy-to-access design simplify maintenance procedures.

Efficient and reliable hydraulic end

The hydraulic end of PAH-BFB is designed for high pressure and abrasive fluids to ensure efficient and reliable fluid delivery.

High-quality materials and technology: the hydraulic cylinder is forged by heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, with excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. Interchangeable cylinders simplify spare parts management and on-site replacement.

Flexible configuration options: Piston/Liner Assembly or plunger/packing assembly are available to meet the requirements of different applications. Plunger sizes range from 3 inches to 5 inches.

High-performance valves: Standard Center pilot valve and seat, with wear-resistant polyurethane rubber valve (API 4 # standard) to ensure reliable sealing under high pressure and efficient work. Threaded bonnet design for quick inspection and replacement of valve assemblies.

Enhanced sealing and protection: bolt-connected stuffing box (plunger configuration) and clamp connection between the piston rod/intermediate rod ensure a strong and reliable connection. Perfect piston flushing and lubrication system (piston configuration) or plunger lubrication system can significantly extend the service life of seals and vulnerable parts.

3. Optimized for intermittent high pressure operations

The performance parameters of the PAH-BFB pump are specifically designed to meet intermittent, high-demand workover operations.

Power specifications: rated input power is 275bhp (205kw) , maximum speed up to 175rpm.

Performance Range: 8 in (203 mm) stroke length, combined with different plunger/piston sizes, allows up to 3,117 PSI (215 bar) pressure and 357 GPM (1351 LPM) flow.

Intermittent work design: designed for intermittent work cycle, short-term operation under high load, to meet the pulse cementing, acidizing and other operations needs, while ensuring equipment life.
