The working principle of the fracturing pump is to inject high-pressure fluid into the oil well to form cracks in the rock formation, usually mixed with sand to maintain the crack shape. Its structure mainly includes plunger or reciprocating pump type, and the pump outlet pressure can reach tens of MPa. A typical fracturing pump truck consists of a chassis, engine, hydraulic transmission box, plunger pump and control system. The main pump is mostly a three-cylinder plunger pump, which is suitable for pumping a variety of liquids.
