Frame structure: the core of the power end is a fully welded steel power frame, which provides unparalleled rigidity and strength, ensuring the precise alignment of the internal transmission components under long-term high-load operation.
Drive and bearing system:
Crankshaft and bearings: the crankshaft is supported by solid tapered and straight roller bearings, while the pinion shaft is supported by a combination of straight roller and double row spherical bearings, this optimized bearing configuration ensures reliability and smooth operation under a variety of complex loads.
Connecting rod and crosshead: the connecting rod adopts two-piece design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance in the frame. Cast in high-strength ductile iron, the crosshead operates in a replaceable, shim-adjustable guide that simplifies maintenance and greatly extends the life of the reciprocating assembly.
Lubrication system: using advanced pressure-splash complex lubrication system, and optional filter and cooling device, to ensure that all key moving parts can be continuous, clean lubrication. At low speeds below 50 RPM, we recommend an independent drive oil pump to ensure optimum lubrication, thus minimizing wear and preventing failure.
Hydraulic end: designed for high pressure and easy maintenance

Modular"L" design: the hydraulic end consists of three independent, fully interchangeable"L" shaped forging steel cylinder modules. This design is a major breakthrough in maintenance convenience. When a single cylinder fails, field personnel can quickly replace the module without removing the entire hydraulic end, significantly reducing downtime (NPT) and maintenance costs.
High quality material and manufacturing process: our hydraulic cylinder modules are made of high quality forged alloy steel (35CrMo or 40CrMnMo) and subjected to a rigorous heat treatment process for superior strength and durability. All components meet API 7K quality standards to ensure outstanding performance at operating pressures up to 5,000 PSI, with hydrostatic test pressures up to 10,000 PSI.
Convenient maintenance design: valves and seats can be quickly replaced by independent, threaded self-locking bonnets. The piston rod adopts two-piece thread connection design, and the cylinder liner does not need to be disassembled when the piston is replaced, which further improves the on-site maintenance efficiency.

Ceramic cylinder liner: with high hardness (HRC 92-94) and ultra-smooth inner wall, can minimize friction, significantly extend the service life of the piston.
Piston: the piston core is made of high strength forged alloy steel. We offer a variety of piston types, including integrally vulcanized bonded polyurethane pistons and nitrile rubber (NBR) pistons for oil-based muds to accommodate different mud types and operating pressures up to 7,500 PSI.
Valve Assembly: the body and seat are made of forged alloy steel (20CrMnTi) and carburized to enhance durability and corrosion resistance. Available in a variety of designs including four-ribbed and full-open valves, the rubber cover is available in polyurethane and nitrile rubber to meet varying flow and pressure requirements.
Piston rod and other parts: we provide all relevant parts including piston rod, intermediate rod, clamp, seals and gaskets to ensure the tightness and reliability of the whole system.
