All modules meet API 7K quality standards to ensure excellent performance at operating pressures up to 5,000 PSI, with hydrostatic test pressures up to 7,500 PSI.

Convenient maintenance design: valves and seats can be quickly replaced by independent, threaded self-locking bonnets. The suction and discharge manifolds are bolted together and can be disassembled separately without disturbing the main body of the cylinder, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

Zirconia ceramic liner: Made of proprietary zirconia-based composite ceramic material, with ultra-high hardness (HRC 92-94) and mirror-like smooth inner wall, it can minimize friction and significantly extend the service life of the piston, the ultimate solution to extreme wear conditions.

Piston: the piston core is made of high strength forged alloy steel and can withstand pressures up to 7,500 PSI and temperatures up to 350 °F (177 °C) . We offer a variety of piston types, including integrally vulcanized bonded polyurethane pistons and nitrile rubber (NBR) pistons for oil-based muds to accommodate different mud systems and working pressures.

Valve Assembly: the body and seat are made of forged alloy steel such as 20CrMnTi and are carburized and hardened to a surface hardness of more than HRC 60 for increased durability and corrosion resistance. API # 7 compliant designs are available in polyurethane and nitrile rubber for a wide range of flow and pressure requirements.
