Hydraulic end depth resolution: designed for 7500 PSI conditions

 

The hydraulic end in direct contact with the pumping medium is the key to determining pump performance and life. PZL's Southwest 7500 PSI hydraulic end (SWFE) incorporates a range of advanced designs, materials and manufacturing processes to ensure performance in the harshest high pressure environments.

Structural design: The l-shaped, two-piece interchangeable module design is well established in the industry. This design is not only durable, but also more convenient and efficient when it comes to maintenance or replacement.

Top material: cylinder module is made of high strength, high toughness forged alloy steel (35CrMo or 40CrMnMo) . The forging process ensures excellent metal grain flow direction and internal compactness, which fundamentally improves the fatigue resistance and high pressure resistance of the module.

Precision manufacturing process: our hydraulic cylinder modules are manufactured in strict compliance with API 7K standards, subjected to three-stage forging and internal hardening, and subjected to rigorous non-destructive testing to eliminate any form of welding repair, ensure that each module has the highest level of structural integrity and reliability.

Reliable bonnet mounting: robust bolted-on bonnet with threaded gland for absolute reliability under high pressure and ease of maintenance.

 

Power End: Indestructible Power Core

 

 

The power end of the PZL pump is known for its legendary durability and is designed to provide long-term, trouble-free, stable power output.

Frame structure: using high strength Nodular Iron casting frame, eccentric wheel, connecting rod and crosshead. Compared with the welded structure, the casting frame has stronger rigidity and excellent damping performance, which can ensure the accurate alignment of the internal transmission components under high load.

Transmission system:

Crankshaft: made of high strength cast or forged alloy steel (modified 4340) and treated with dynamic balancing to ensure smooth operation and extended bearing life.

Gear: the use of heat-treated alloy steel herringbone gear, to ensure smooth transmission of power, quiet and efficient.

Bearing configuration: the eccentric wheel is supported by double-row spherical roller bearings, and the intermediate shaft is supported by heavy-duty straight roller bearings to ensure low friction and high efficiency operation under extreme loads.

Lubrication system: a combination of splash lubrication and pump-driven forced lubrication is standard, with replaceable oil filters and pressure gauges to ensure all moving parts are adequately lubricated and cooled at all times. External electric lubrication pumps and oil coolers are available for more demanding continuous operating conditions.

Wear-resistant guide plate: the Crosshead guide plate is made of replaceable manganese bronze. This classic wear-resistant material provides excellent self-lubrication and long service life, and simplifies maintenance after long service.

 

A full range of high-quality accessories and wearing parts

 

 

Liners: available in high chromium bimetal and zirconia ceramic. High chromium cylinder liner has excellent cost performance and wear resistance, while zirconia ceramic cylinder liner provides the ultimate life performance for strong abrasion and corrosion conditions. Both of them adopt forging shell and centrifugal casting inner sleeve process. The inner hole is smooth and durable after precision honing.

Pistons: using high-quality polyurethane (Urethane) or Nitrile rubber (Nitrile) overall vulcanization bonding in forged alloy steel piston core, to ensure excellent sealing performance and long service life under high pressure.

Valve Assembly: Api-7 Standard Full Open Design, body and seat made of high strength forged alloy steel (e. g. 20CrMnTi) , carburized and hardened for high hardness and washout resistance. The valve rubber is made of high performance polyurethane to ensure a reliable seal.

Piston Rods: high strength alloy steel forging, quenched and tempered heat treatment and precision grinding, surface plating hard chromium, with high strength, finish and corrosion resistance.

Seals & Gaskets: a wide range of high-performance materials, including Nitrile and Urethane, are available to meet the sealing requirements of different locations, such as bonnet Seals.
