Hydraulic end depth resolution: OEM module for 7500 PSI
Our 7500 PSI OEM high endurance (HD) hydraulic end modules are the heart of the pump and are designed and manufactured to provide ultimate strength and exceptional fatigue life.
Structure and materials: the modules are designed in the industry-proven l-shape and are made from top-grade forged high-strength alloy steels (e. g. 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo) . Compared with the casting, the forging process ensures the compactness and integrity of the internal grain structure of the material, and fundamentally improves the high pressure resistance and fatigue resistance of the module.
Autofrettage Process: Each module undergoes a proprietary Autofrettage treatment. By applying instantaneous ultra-high pressure far beyond the working pressure, a layer of strong residual compressive stress"Shield" is formed on the inner wall of the module. The shield can effectively offset the tensile stress during operation, significantly inhibit the generation and propagation of fatigue cracks, thus greatly extending the service life of the module.
Manufacturing and certification standards: modules are manufactured in strict compliance with API 7K standards and are subjected to rigorous non-destructive testing to eliminate any form of welding repair and to ensure the highest structural integrity of each module. Available upon request

Maintenance convenience: Falcon TECHNOLOGYTM technology is available. The one-piece screw-in valve cover pressure plate does not need any fasteners. It can be quickly disassembled and assembled by hand, which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of field maintenance.
Power End: Indestructible Power Core
Known for its legendary durability, the PZL pump is designed to provide long-term, trouble-free, steady power output to the 7500 PSI hydraulic end.
Frame structure: the use of high-strength Nodular Iron (Nodular Iron) whole casting frame. Compared with the welded structure, the casting frame has stronger rigidity and excellent damping performance, which can ensure the accurate alignment of the internal transmission components under high load and prolong the service life of the whole machine.
Drive system: using forged alloy steel crankshaft and heat-treated alloy steel herringbone gear to ensure smooth, quiet and efficient power transmission.
Lubrication system: the dual system of splash lubrication and forced lubrication is equipped with oil filter and oil pressure gauge to ensure that all moving parts are fully lubricated at all times. ISO V G 460 or ISO V G 680 viscosity rating is recommended for different ambient temperatures.
Wear-resistant components: key components such as crosshead guide are made of replaceable manganese bronze, providing excellent self-lubrication and long service life.

Liners: high chromium bimetal and zirconia ceramic options are available. High chromium cylinder liner has excellent cost performance and wear resistance, while zirconia ceramic cylinder liner provides the ultimate life performance for strong abrasion and corrosion conditions. Both adopt forging shell and centrifugal casting inner sleeve process. The inner hole is honed by precision honing, and the hardness is up to HRC 59-67, smooth and durable.
Pistons: the use of high-quality polyurethane (Urethane) or Nitrile rubber (Nitrile) whole vulcanized adhesive in 42CrMo forged alloy steel piston core, to ensure that under high pressure has excellent sealing performance and long service life 1.
Valve Assembly: Api-7 Standard Full Open Design, body and seat made of high strength forged alloy steel (e. g. 20CrNiMo/AISI 8620) , carburized and hardened to a surface hardness of HRC 58-65, extremely abrasion resistant. The valve rubber is made of high performance polyurethane to ensure a reliable seal.
Piston Rods: high strength 42CrMo alloy steel forged, quenched and tempered heat treatment and precision grinding, surface hard chromium, with high strength, finish and corrosion resistance.
Seals & Gaskets: a wide range of high-performance materials, including Nitrile and Urethane, are available to suit the sealing requirements of different locations.
