Power End: the cornerstone of a strong and durable

 

 

Crankcase: of solid monolithic cast iron construction (part No. 22838E000) . The extra-large oil pan design ensures superior lubrication and more efficient heat dissipation.

Crankshaft: automotive grade ductile iron (part no. 22843B000) . Ductile iron (which meets standards such as ASTM A536) is a strategic material choice, with tensile strength and ductility far beyond those of ordinary gray cast iron, and has been used for many years, it can effectively resist the torsional stress and fatigue load of the crankshaft in operation, and its performance is close to that of the forged steel parts with higher cost.

Bearings, Links, and Crossheads:

Main bearings: high-quality ball bearings (part no. 08565A024) to provide a stable, low-friction rotating crankshaft support.

Connecting rod and crosshead: precision manufactured in high strength zinc alloy (part nos. 22837B000K & 22839B001) .

Lubrication System: a simple and efficient continuous splash Lubrication System ensures that all moving parts are adequately lubricated, simplifying the complexity of on-site maintenance. SAE 40 oil is recommended for ambient temperatures above 90 °F (32 °C) and SAE 30 for standard operating conditions at approximately 48 ounces (for 400-600 RPM speeds) .

Hydraulic end: designed for abrasive environments

Fluid End Body: Steel Monoblock Pump Body -PartpNo. 22829D002D002) is standard on the BXM6-15C. Steel provides superior strength and durability for handling slurries and abrasive slurries. At the same time, the BXM platform offers a wide range of options for applications in corrosive chemicals or saline environments
The hydraulic end of the BXM6-15AB is made of better corrosion resistant aluminum bronze (part no. 22829D003) , demonstrating the broad applicability of the BXM platform.

Wear-resistant core component system:

Cylinder Liners: made of alumina ceramic (part No. 22840A001) . The hardness of the ceramic material is much higher than that of the traditional metal cylinder liner, and its smooth and low friction surface can effectively resist the erosion of abrasives such as sand and gravel. This means longer maintenance cycles, less downtime, and significantly lower long-term operating costs.

Valve Assemblies: three-piece stainless steel construction (Valve part no. 18317A000) for easy maintenance. Its oversized ball valve design is the key to improved efficiency. Compared with the traditional cone or plane valve, the spherical sealing surface can provide a larger flow area, effectively reduce the turbulence of the fluid through, thereby improving the volumetric efficiency of the pump and reducing the wear of the valve and the valve seat.

Piston Assembly: consists of aluminum bronze Piston (part no. 22834A004) and fabric reinforced nitrile rubber (Buna-n) v-ring (part no. 18922A005) . This composite design combines the strength and corrosion resistance of aluminum bronze with the excellent sealing performance, oil resistance and wear resistance of nitrile rubber v-ring to ensure durable and reliable sealing under high pressure.

 

Wide range of applications

 

 

The BXM6-15C has become the device of choice in a number of demanding industries due to its robust construction and targeted materials science design.

Sewer Cleaning: the pump's steel hydraulic end and ceramic liners easily handle abrasive slurry in the Sewer, and its pressures of up to 1,500 PSI provide a powerful impact to remove stubborn blockages.

Vertical Drilling/Water Well: in Drilling applications, the ability of the equipment to operate continuously is critical. The BXM6-15C's durable power end and high wear-resistant hydraulic end are ideal for circulating drilling mud, minimizing costly downtime.

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD-horizonntal Directional Drilling) : in HDD operations, stable flow and pressure are key for precise steering and effective chip removal, and the reliable performance of the BXM6-15C ensures stable output of these key parameters.

Industrial Cleaning: its strong pressure output and ability to work continuously for long periods of time make it ideal for a wide variety of Industrial Cleaning tasks, from equipment Cleaning to surface treatment, provides a reliable source of power.

Hydraulic end service and maintenance kit

To simplify the maintenance process, we provide a standardized maintenance kit that contains all the key wear parts of the hydraulic end.

Standard repair kit: BXM6-15C basic hydraulic end repair kit part number 17678A075. This kit contains a complete set of seals, gaskets and o-rings for standard hydraulic end overhauls to ensure optimum pump performance.

Advanced maintenance-sealing material selection: sealing material selection is critical for applications with special chemical or high temperature processing needs. While the Buna-N seals in the standard suite are excellent, we also offer * * Viton (FKM) * * seals as an upgrade option. Viton is superior in high temperature and chemical resistance, significantly extending seal life under extreme conditions, thereby reducing downtime and increasing production efficiency. This choice gives customers the ability to customize the maintenance strategy according to their specific working conditions, which is a key step to achieve preventive maintenance and maximize the normal operation time of the equipment.
