Hydraulic end: accurate pressure, easy to maintain

 

 

Core structure: hydraulic end pump body made of high strength ductile iron, to withstand up to 2000 psi work pressure to provide a solid structural protection.

Plunger-the key to performance: we use stainless steel material, and its surface coated with tungsten carbide. This"Super hard" and"Scratch-free" plunger surface precision grinding, has excellent wear resistance, can significantly extend the service life of the seal, ensure that the pump after a long time to maintain efficient operation.

Sealing technology: the sealing system adopts high pressure, spring loading, self-lubricating braided packing design, can adapt to a variety of complex application environment. The seat is made of corrosion resistant aluminum bronze and is designed to allow quick and easy replacement of seals on site.

Valve system: spring-loaded center-post valves with durable acetal valves and stainless steel seats ensure stability and long life in high-speed reciprocating motion. Each valve can be serviced independently without disassembly or interference with the inlet and outlet lines, greatly simplifying the maintenance process.

Crosshead and pony: heavy-duty ductile iron crosshead and highly polished stainless steel pony (crosshead extension) ensure rigidity and accuracy in power transmission. Hydraulic end: precision and toughness under extreme pressure

Cylinder Body: precision cast from high strength ductile iron. Compared with ordinary cast iron, ductile iron has superior tensile strength and ductility, which makes it have strong fatigue resistance and cracking resistance under high pressure cyclic load, it provides a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the pump.

Cylinders/Liners: tapered steel case with ultra-smooth hard chrome oxide ceramic coating. This is a key composite design. The steel housing provides strong structural support, while the ceramic coating forms an inner surface with extremely high hardness (high rockwell hardness) and low friction. This design significantly reduces wear and tear on the Piston Cup and improves sealing efficiency, thereby prolonging maintenance cycles and maintaining consistently high performance. Piston Cups: a combination of proprietary HSN (highly saturated nitrile rubber) material and aramid fiber. Valve Assemblies: wear resistant design with replaceable polyurethane spool and stainless steel Valve springs. Polyurethane is selected for its high resilience and excellent wear resistance to particulates in fluids. Stainless steel springs prevent corrosion and prevent valve failure due to spring failure.
