Power End: the source of power for forging and precision machining

Gearcase: Made of strong, high-strength cast iron, it provides a rigid, vibration-absorbing structural foundation for the internal components. At the same time, it doubles as a large-capacity tank, through the continuous splash lubrication system for all moving parts to provide continuous cooling and lubrication.

Gears & Pinion Shaft: precision machined helical Gears made of high strength alloy steel. Compared with spur gears, helical gear design provides smoother and quieter meshing, as well as larger tooth surface contact area, effectively reducing wear and running noise. The integrated pinion shaft is also machined from the same grade of high-quality alloy steel to ensure the rigidity and consistency of power transmission.

Crankshaft: forged from automotive grade alloy steel. The forging process causes the internal grain structure of the steel to align along the direction of stress, resulting in strength and fatigue resistance far beyond those of the casting. This is essential for reciprocating pumps that need to withstand continuous working cycles.

Bearings: heavy duty tapered roller Bearings with automotive grade steel back journal bearing pads are used at key locations on the power side. This combined design can withstand both radial and axial loads common in reciprocating machinery, ensuring the stability and long life of the transmission system.

Connecting Links & Crossheads: made of high strength ductile iron with replaceable bronze wrist pin bushings. Ductile iron provides excellent wear resistance and load capacity, while the replaceable bush design simplifies maintenance and reduces long-term operating costs.

Hydraulic end: the forefront of anti-wear and corrosion

Cylinder Body: precision machined from high strength ductile iron provides a solid structure to withstand internal pressures up to 2000 PSI, effectively resisting metal fatigue.

Cylinders/Liners: easy-to-replace tapered steel case with an ultra-smooth hard chrome oxide ceramic coating on the inside, or in monolithic 416 stainless steel (part no. 20851A004) . This surface treatment technology provides extremely high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively resist the erosion of abrasive particles such as quartz sand and cuttings in the drilling mud.

Piston & Packing Assembly-V-Ring Style: this is the E80-20V hydraulic side of the heart. The assembly consists of a piston body (p/n: 20850A011) , a pressure ring (p/n: 20854A000) , a follower (p/n: 20855A000) , and a v-shaped packing of the core (p/n: 18922A004) . The composition of the repair kit shows that it is a multi-material composite system designed to provide a multi-level, adaptive sealing effect, especially at high pressures.

Valve Assemblies: wear resistant design with a replaceable polyurethane Valve plug-in (p/n: 7203-0546-00A) at its core to absorb impact and wear. Matched are corrosion resistant stainless steel valve springs, valve guides and seats (P/Ns: 7206-0302-00A, 7203-0542-00A, 7203-0543-00B) . This modular design allows cost-effective valve maintenance, which can be restored by replacing the vulnerable plug-in.

Seals & O-Rings: a high-performance u-cup Viton oil seal (p/n: 22835A003) is used at the critical sealing point between the power end and the hydraulic end. This material is superior in chemical resistance and high temperature resistance, it ensures reliable isolation between the two key chambers.
