The removal of these obstructions requires tremendous water impact and high-pressure penetration. The E110-14 offers a high flow rate of 110 GPM and a high pressure of 1477 PSI, making it an ideal power source for this task.

Mud Pump plays an important role in oil and gas exploration and horizontal directional drilling. It is responsible for circulating drilling fluid (mud) to the drill bit to cool the bit, carry cuttings back to the surface, and maintain wellbore stability. These drilling fluids are abrasive slurries containing high concentrations of solid particles. E110-14, with its robust hydraulic end structure and ability to handle abrasive fluids, is a reliable choice for driving drilling fluid circulation, providing continuous and stable pressure protection for the smooth progress of drilling operations.

Heavy industry cleaning: in the field of high pressure water jet cleaning, E110-14 can be used for equipment surface treatment, steel mill descaling, large container cleaning and plant floor stubborn stains removal.
Mining applications: in the mining industry, the pump can be used for mine drainage and transport of high-concentration pulp, its robust design to resist the strong wear and tear of ore particles.
Hydrostatic pressure testing: E110-14 is ideal for strength and tightness testing of pipelines, storage tanks and pressure vessels of all types because of its ability to generate and maintain stable high pressures.
Power End: the heart of uninterrupted performance
Gear Box: the strong cast iron structure provides rigid protection for the internal transmission parts. At the same time, it also has an ultra-large capacity tank, through continuous splash lubrication for all moving parts to provide excellent lubrication and cooling, effectively extending the life of parts.
Gear system: the helical gear is made of high strength alloy steel. Compared with the traditional spur gear, the helical gear meshing is more stable, which can effectively reduce noise and vibration, ensure the continuity and smoothness of power transmission, and significantly improve the bearing capacity and durability of the gear.
Crankshafts and bearings: Automotive Grade forged alloy steel crankshafts are selected and heat treated with high precision to provide high strength and fatigue resistance, which is essential to withstand continuous high loads. The main bearings are heavy duty tapered roller bearings and the crankshaft journal bearings are steel-backed inlaid, which together ensure the stable operation of the drive system under long periods of high load.
Connecting rod and crosshead: the connecting rod and crosshead are made of high strength ductile iron and are fitted with replaceable bronze wrist pin bushings. This design not only ensures the strength, but also reflects the importance of maintainability, for long-term economic operation.
Lubrication system: high-efficiency splash lubrication system, no matter crankshaft positive or negative, can provide continuous and reliable lubrication protection for all moving parts.
Hydraulic end: precision and toughness under extreme pressure
Cylinder block: high strength ductile iron forming, to withstand up to 1477 PSI continuous working pressure to provide a solid structural foundation.
Cylinder liner (bushing) : this is the key wear-resistant component at the hydraulic end. We use a tapered steel shell with an inner surface covered with an"Ultra-smooth hard chromium oxide ceramic coating". This ceramic coating has a high degree of hardness and is highly resistant to abrasive particles in drilling mud and sewage. Its ultra-smooth surface significantly reduces friction with the piston cup, thus, the service life of the Piston Cup is greatly extended.
Piston Assembly: The hub is made of stainless steel and bearing bronze providing excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength. The piston cup is made of"Proprietary HSN material with aramid fibers". HSN (highly saturated nitrile rubber) is known for its excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion, while the addition of aramid fibers such as Kevlar gives the piston cup extremely high mechanical strength and wear resistance.
Valve assemblies: wear-resistant valve assemblies designed for harsh service conditions. Seats and springs are stainless steel with independently replaceable polyurethane plug-ins. This modular design is extremely economical and allows the user to replace the lower cost polyurethane plug without replacing the entire expensive valve assembly when the valve is worn.
