A comprehensive inspection of the hydraulic end is required, including stud bolts and nuts, such as the cylinder head flange nuts, the nuts connecting the cylinder and the frame, and the connecting bolts and nuts of the suction and discharge pipes. If looseness is found, be sure to tighten it according to the specified torque.

At the same time, carefully check the seal ring in the intermediate tie rod stuffing box. If wear is found, it should be replaced in time, usually at least once every three months. When replacing, pay special attention to the installation position of the oil seal.

In addition, the filter cartridge installed in the discharge filter screen needs to be disassembled and cleaned. At the same time, the dirty oil in the power end oil pool and the crosshead sedimentation oil tank should be replaced every six months, and these oil tanks should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure the good operation of the equipment.
