After stopping the pump every day, be sure to check the oil level at the power end to ensure that the oil volume is appropriate. At the same time, carefully observe the working conditions of the cylinder sleeve and piston. Once the leaked mud is found to be beyond the normal range, the cylinder sleeve and piston should be replaced in time. In addition, the mud sediment in the cylinder sleeve cavity needs to be cleaned regularly to keep it clean.

In daily use, it is also necessary to pay attention to the water volume of the spray pump water tank to ensure sufficient use. If the cooling water is found to be contaminated, it should be replaced immediately and the inside of the water tank should be thoroughly cleaned. At the same time, the inflation pressure of the exhaust air bag should be checked regularly to ensure that it meets the equipment requirements.

To ensure the safety performance of the equipment, the safety valve needs to be checked for reliability every day. In addition, the piston rod clamp needs to be loosened every day, and the piston needs to be rotated about a quarter of a turn before the clamp is tightened again to keep the piston flexible. Before tightening the cylinder head and valve cover, grease needs to be applied to the threads and checked every 4 hours for looseness to ensure the tightness and safety of the equipment.
