1. Check before use: Before using the plunger pump, check whether the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, the oil level, and the inlet and outlet valves are normal.
2. Replace the hydraulic oil regularly: The hydraulic oil of the plunger pump should be replaced regularly, and it is generally recommended to replace it every six months. When replacing the hydraulic oil, the inside of the oil tank and the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
3. Check the seals regularly: Check the seals between the plunger and the cylinder regularly for wear or aging. If any problems are found, they should be replaced in time.
4. Maintain normal working pressure: The plunger pump should be used within the specified working pressure range to avoid overpressure operation.
5. Avoid long-term no-load operation: Long-term no-load operation will cause the hydraulic oil temperature to rise and accelerate the aging and wear of the seals. Therefore, long-term no-load operation should be avoided as much as possible during use.
